Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to health, safety, and sanitary compliance standards for topical health products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages or used patches.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, or if an incorrect item was received, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the damaged outer packaging and product label. We will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.

Unopened Returns (14-Day Window)

Unopened products in their original, sealed factory condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for unopened returns are the responsibility of the customer.
